Participants have the opportunity to submit the presented innovative solutions for evaluation by an international jury. Criteria for evaluating social innovations by the jury in the Competition: innovation, socio-economic effects; advancement; demand for innovation; possibilities of implementation and commercialization in Poland and abroad; the level of intellectual property protection.
 
Great Success for the online edition of WICO 2020
The 9th edition of the World Invention Creativity Olympic (WICO) was held online due to the Coronavirus emergency: it was a great success. The ninth edition of World Invention Creativity Olympic (WICO) took place online due to the Coronavirus emergency. Despite all the organizational difficulties, the event was a great success and was attended by over 1500 inventors and innovation enthusiasts from 25 countries around the world. From 21 to 23 August, many innovative projects were presented and gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded for the most deserving inventions.
WIIPA JOIN US

In 2000, Mr. Hsieh Hsin- Ming felt that the main axis of TIPPA is limited to Taiwan. With a vision to gain access in the international stage, he dedicated his time and effort to gather transnational forces to put his vision at work. Fueled with a vibrant ideology, he continued to open doors of opportunities for young and talented inventors to a global level and thrived on gaining international attention for the establishment of WIIPA as a multinational organization. From 2020, the president of WIIPA will be succeeded by Ms. Manli Hsieh. She will provide WIIPA with a permanent base. In the future, the headquarter will be shared with partners from various member states as a place for negotiation and meetings.
